Did anyone collect Pez candy dispensers? My favorite was Tweety Bird. What was yours? I remember

it being a pain in the rear to get the little candies in the container. You could put them in one at a time , try to slide the whole strip into the container, thus having them go all over the floor , or simply eat the candy without putting the candy in the container.

I initially thought it was a hokey work of fiction, until I discovered it was real

For what it's worth, Pez candy is overrated and too pricey in my mind. NECCO wafers were a bigger bang for the buck.

Years ago, I saw the old New England Confectionery Company factory across from MIT in Cambridge (Now defunct)

The folks who bought the recipe for the original Necco wafers are happy to reintroduce America's favorite candy wafer. Each roll contains all 8 flavors—lemon, lime, orange, clove, cinnamon, licorice, wintergreen, and chocolate—just as sweet and tasty as you remember, except for chocolate, which has a richer, deeper cocoa flavor.
