We need to see that what he says and does is covered more, and that his voice is amplified more in these news stories. I remember the slow, ponderous voice of the King of England during World War II, which was broadcast all over the world as impressive thoughtfulness. Only later did we learn that it was his way of controlling his stuttering problem. Actually, Joe Biden controls his dysfluency with equal skill, to the ears of a trained speech pathologist. If you untrained people knew what he is doing in every speech, you would be amazed at how much he has overcome!
