(4,671 posts)OTOH, for those that are "animal" protective, wouldn't it be just a little hypocritical to cruelly chomp down and rip through a box that represents in shape that which one wouldn't eat by choice?
Naked and Afraid actually had a vegetarian woman on one of their episodes, and they ate mostly weird hunted animal, fish, or reptile flesh and maybe even considered some insect protein (termites?). She never really had enough foraged plant-based foods, nuts or berries in that location, but the length of their stay was fairly short. Think she didn't have to drop out, but she lost a lot of weight and for a time cured symptoms of dehydration just in time...
