(13,107 posts)When I first joined DU in 2004 I was in CA working on the Kerry campaign, then moved to WA for 10 years, and ended up in Southern Oregon for the last 6 years and forever I hope, we like it here.
Actually love the whole west coast. Hope you like it here, I have learned so much over the years about how politics works. I always voted but didn't really know much beyond that. Now I know sometimes more than I want to
And there is so much more here, over the years the computer group folks have given me advice, the lounge folks are always good for relaxation and a laugh, and my state group someone always seems to know what's happening locally.
