EDITING to add that I did some googling with keywords and found YouTube video of Sarah with her pony Van Diego. From the YouTube description in October 2020:
Recorded in Gehrde, in the northwest corner of Germany, the duo is seen gliding behind an orange sunset.
Sarah told Newsflare: "Van Diego recently started running freely beside me while I rollerblade, and he is loving the arrangement."
Collectively, the two clips received 4.4 million views of TikTok.
The equestrian TikTok star has had her pony, Van Diego since she was only eight-years-old.
Sarah has an Instagram account with more videos and photos: https://www.instagram.com/p/CiLSXEAuazH/?hl=en . And an account on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@vandiego.rico?lang=en . Btw, Rico is another pony, not the name of the dog you see in the Twitter video.
I love horses, did a lot of riding when young. A relative of mine has a horse farm and still has several horses, all old now. That relative can no longer ride because of health problems and surgeries, but keeps the farm so the horses can live out their lives in the home they know. They will follow you around; they're basically large pets. Horses can be so sweet.
Btw, the YT description saying this was in the northwest corner of Germany led me to do some more googling. The farm my maternal grandfather was born on is within a half hour drive of the road Sarah is rollerblading on. My grandfather came to the US in his teens.

(63,090 posts)that became popular, I already had a serious back injury from a fall on black ice. But rollerblading does look like fun...and especially with companions like that.

(63,090 posts)(Ponies can be up to 14 hands.) I'm tall, so I usually rode horses rather than ponies - most often quarter horses though the one horse I rode most often for years was a thoroughbred (really sweet, well-trained horse who liked kids; didn't need a saddle or bridle, though without a saddle I needed a leg up, or had to slide onto his back from the top of the pasture gate - I was 10 or 11 when I first rode him - and I never rode him outside the pasture without a saddle and bridle). Even the youngest equestrian in our family, who is 7 years old now I think, has a Tennessee Walker her parents and grandparents bought for her, since we all outgrow ponies. I think my relative with the horse farm had one Arabian that might have been technically a large pony, slightly under 14 hands; it was smaller than her other Arabians and quarter horses.
I did some googling but couldn't find what breed Vanni, Van Diego, is. He'd be 20 now, but horses can live to 30 or older. And he has a very good home there.
Beautiful, peaceful setting, too. Apparently very little traffic despite the paved road. Lovely place to skate, and perfect companions.

(63,090 posts)because it's unusual to see ponies running free.
Btw, I saw more than one dog in some of her other videos.

"Horses are like big pets."
Oh, that's funny. Love them ~ horses & ponies.

(63,090 posts)her husband still can, he doesn't. They're keeping the horses, all at least 20 years old now, so they can stay in the 80-acre home they know, with their little herd and the humans they love. They're expensive pets - I'm sure there have been months when feed, supplements and any vet care cost well over $1,000, maybe double that - but my relatives aren't going to sell them or give them away and risk them being neglected or sold for slaughter. The horses will come to the the fence, follow you around in the pasture (right behind you, maybe only a foot or two back), and on the rare occasions when a section of fence comes down, usually if a tree falls during a storm, they don't wander off; they wander up to the house and stay in the yard. They'd probably wander into the house if they could.
