I’ll take a small portion, although in a previous life I would try to eat my own weight in stuff like that. Moderation has become my policy when having fried stuff, especially when eating out. I don’t always wear my track shoes when leaving the house.

At least a bushel of clams and a grill going. Hungry? Grab some clams and put them on the grill. Drink a beer - when they pop they are ready.

I went with someone to pick them up - right off the boat - and was warned not to make eye contact with anyone. The guys who worked on the boats were some hard ass dudes. A cannon on everyone’s hip and a big knife.
