do so with a long tunic on top, which comes to at least mid-thigh.
One many occasions, Ive seen women in various shades of pink, beige, or brown leggings that make it look, at least from a distance, as if they are not wearing any pants at all. Always takes me aback for a moment.

(113,973 posts)really destroyed my feet in my late teens. I never go near them now. But, they are a Podiatrist's or Othropedist's dream.
May I add, skin-tight jeans (or really skin-tight clothing of any kind)? Not just for those carrying a few extra pounds, but anyone. Not flattering and I feel the wearer's discomfort.

(113,973 posts)Frankly, they give me the creeps... I'd never let someone with them touch me because I know quite well what lives under those fake nails and if they are real, well that creeps me out even more.

Gray walls/gray cabinets/gray wood floors in remodeled homes. It's too much gray.
Open shelving and cabinets in kitchen.
Scandinavian kitchens AKA all white kitchens
Kitchen remodels without installing a dishwasher.
I happen to like oak wood kitchen cabinets. Oh, and bring back terrazzo flooring!
Fashion:
Pink, Blue , Green, Purple hair colors. We all know that the drapes doesn't match the carpet.
Pineapple shaped-hair.
Shaved sides above the ears on both men and women.
Tarantula eyelashes.
White gussets in female underpants.
Social:
TikTok- This company got caught spying on user's keystrokes in 2020. I can't believe people still use TikTok.
MAGA flags.
Overpriced vet bills.
I'm positive this isn't the end of my list.

(29,634 posts)Super short dresses and skirts (it's not the shortness that bothers me, it's how it looks as if the person has to walk totally straight and not bend in the least).
Also, tattoos. And I simply cannot stand everyone wearing earbuds or headphones, especially when they are crossing the street. I saw someone obliviously cross in front of a fire truck recently.
I know that my not liking the candy-colored hair and heavy tattooing isn't going to change anything. Also, it's not on my body, so I have no say in the matter. So please don't jump on me because I am just answering the question.
For houses, open floor plans and barn doors. Also white kitchens.
Finally, scooters and e-bikes. I am afraid to walk down the sidewalk in some parts of Seattle with people whizzing by on those menaces.

(11,854 posts)We went to the zoo and there is a photo of me wearing this jumper/romper type of dress that was insanely short and it barely covered me and that I was uncomfortable in it since it was so short. At that young of an age, I hid that outfit so that I never had to wear it again. It seems like little girls were made to dress in Cindy Brady too short dresses since forever.

(22,413 posts)Pre-pandemic, I remember seeing young women carrying those shoes and wearing flip-flops. Those high heels were so uncomfortable that they just wore them for a short period of time and actually walked in the flip-flops.
I don't think I've seen that since before the pandemic. But then, I don't hit the clubs with the young folks these days.
As for Melania, she is not en trend in my opinion. She may spend a lot of money but she is not fashionable or trendy.
