This is well worth listening to in its entirety. Don't know who the interviewer is, but he did a number of videos with a college student friend, the videographer, about 10 years ago. He's very much a Moodies fan, and Justin is relaxed and open - and very nice and modest.

Re what's said starting about 5:20 about Lonnie Donegan and the contract he got Justin to sign when he was still a teen but obviously already a talented songwriter - more on that here: https://justinhayward.com/blogs/news/from-justin-great-yarmouth . Lonnie himself had been ripped off at the start of his career, but that could never excuse him doing the same to others.
