bad news. a friend of mine had ordered me a train engine as a gift for me

off of ebay. the engine was flying scottsman .the seller had five stars . seller had shipped it . somewhere between the uk and usa scotts got lost and never showed up at my friends door. the seller refunded my friends credit card for the full amount. my friend gave the seller five stars because he had refunded my friends credit card . there are good people still out there .

I spent a few years working in customer satisfaction survey development and analysis for one of the Big Three automakers. Studies have shown (and our experience did as well) that customers who have issues that are satisfactorily resolved were, on average, more loyal than customers who never had or never reported issues.
