im home . still a little hung over from the anastesia. some polyps found and sent to pathology. eating a real meal.
kfc famous bowl amd all the trimmings . i now a flameing card carrying person stating i have magnetic metal in my bod for in case i go thru metal detectors , etc. gonna eat an then sleep.

Just home from gallbladder surgery. Had colonoscopy in March.

Maxing out my out of pocket this year.

I still have mine to look forward to. But I better schedule it because what happened to my mom was horrific. This was over 30 years ago now, they didn’t have anything like the diagnostic equipment and treatment that they have now. She was gone too soon. You are doing absolutely the right thing

9. Just had an Endoscopy AND Colonoscopy last week. As usual the worst part is the prep.

The other times I had the colonoscopy, it was a liquid prep taken the day before with fasting. Generally done with the prep by the evening.

This time was terrible. Not only fasting all day, but then couldn't take the prep until late in the day. 12 tablets over a 30 minute period. Then again at 4:30 in the morning of the exam, another 12 tablets over a 30 minute period.

It was very stressful waiting all day to begin the prep and then having to wake up to take the 2nd dose of 12 tablets. at 4:00.

Not a happy camper.
