1. Haven't spoken to my sister in almost 12 years

I wouldn't say that I'm holding a grudge anymore at this point. It's a fairly safe bet that I'll never speak to her again. There's no reason for our paths to cross.

7. She filed a lawsuit against us

Only one person in the entire family will have anything to do with her. I have no ill feelings towards her at this point, but for my own protection I stay far, far away from her.

2. Had to ditch an old friend

due to her RW politics. We agreed to not discuss politics but she just had to keep on keeping on. She lost it when the black guy walked into the White House. Terrible racist which I didn’t know for years. Raised in northern Wisconsin by a racist father. Never saw a black person until she moved to Milwaukee. Just couldn’t do it anymore.

5. A grudge against me perhaps..

My only surviving sister in January of 2019, in a coldly written letter, stated she was no longer interested in having a relationship with me.

The issue is my husband and I counseled her NOT to take our brother into her care in 2016 after being in the hospital in Sacramento for several months and nearly dying. She took him in anyway, was accused by him of stealing his pain meds, and his Doctor cut him off. We did not exercise enough control over him, so she blamed us for all the crap she had to go through.

He was kicked out and had to fend for himself, in and out of physical rehabs as his spine was breaking down. The last I saw or spoke with my sister was in October of 2017 though I wrote her many letters keeping her informed of family news being calling her was not an option. Nor is she on Social media.

Though I am dead to her, I do love my sister. I have prayed for her soul many a time. But so far, my prayers go unanswered.

My longest grudge and my refusal to speak to said person is 28 years and still counting. To be fair, there was a multitude of violations and there was a final straw for me.
