77,777!

It's a SEVEN day!

Started with a bright double rainbow at sunrise and happy kitten news! Great way to start a holiday, even though it is now windy, chilly and rainy for the rest of the day.

Wishing everyone who has ever earned* a paycheck a Happy Labor Day!

*Including those who don't get paid for their labor!

I like numeral patterns for some reason. I'm really bad at math and other things to do with them, being dyslexic, but these are all the same so they're easy to notice!

It probably isn't worthy of the milestones page but since I noticed it... why not make a thread?

"In numerology, the number 7 is considered to be a highly spiritual and mystical number. It is believed to have a deep connection with the universe and is often associated with introspection, intuition, and wisdom."

I have to go out to a remote location and help my buddy recover one of his antique vehicles that didn't want to make it home yesterday. It's rainy and chilly and windy... time for an adventure!

All the monsoon and hurricane remnants seem to be on a conveyor belt to the northern Rockies and it competes with whatever it is coming down form Alaska. Ready for fall already!

I've had it with summer already.

Gotta go, my buddy needs a second driver and I have to get going.

Similar weather here also. Hopefully the +100 days are gone till next year. Around here, September till about Thanksgiving are usually about as pleasant as can be found.

Good luck on the rescue!

I always notice numeral strings and patterns but I never looked at the odometer in my parents' vehicles, kinda hard to see if you're not driving. But I most certainly notice it in every vehicle in which I get behind the wheel and there are so many of those that I can't even start to list them.

Also, digital clocks for some reason, I almost alway glance at the clock at 12:34, am or pm and it will go on for days. Other patterns too but the 1234 thing has been constant for the last few years.

Auspicious, haven't seen that word in a while. Surely it is an auspicious day in some way or another! It's not over yet, I could get a visit from the fairy godmother of good fortune any time now!

because we finally got the rules changed and took the power away from corporations that hire high paid union busters.

I'm in my 70s and a veteran of failed union attempts because of those vultures, so it's too late for me. I"m just thrilled that younger folks finally have a chance at taking their power back.

The fight isn't over, but they're less outgunned.

At least we're starting to move in the right direction in some ways.

I'm spending my holiday, partly, standing around in the rain helping a pal fix an antique vehicle. We figured out that it's the fuel pump. I'm waiting to go back out there and help replace that. Hope they can wait until tomorrow, it's still going to rain but it won't get dark for a while if we go in the morning.
