I never got an allowance large enough to purchase many albums. Later, after marriage, I had other priorities. I still listen
to the radio and CDs/DVDs but rarely find a whole album by any single group or individual I'd confess to totally enjoyment every track. I'm not a dancer, and I like to hear music I enjoy (in many eclectic genres) in the background.

The Patti Smith Group - probably Land (1975 - 2000) contains a lot of my favorites [single album probably Dream of Life]
Midnight Oil - Diesel and Dust

Cock Sparrer - Shock Troops (1983)
Cock Sparrer is an English punk rock band formed in 1972 in the East End of London. Although they have never enjoyed commercial success, they helped pave the way for the early '80s punk scene and the Oi! subgenre. Their songs have been covered by many punk, Oi!, and hardcore punk bands. Their style is influenced by pub rock, glam rock and raw 1960s beat music as delivered by bands like the Small Faces and The Who. Their lyrics mostly deal with topics related to the daily lives of working class people. Their name derives from their original name, Cock Sparrow, a Cockney term of familiarity.
