but...what the hell. Starting my birthday week celebration tonight. 70 (on Tuesday) thanks for asking! Just a central coast albarino (lovely) for tonight. Celebration a tad muted since I had an ablation a month ago....still keeping it tamped down a bit. But will do what I can.

But, still enjoying a well earned buzz from Caturday night. With coffee…

What was your Caturday night buzz?

Yesterday, I went and bought my seasonal bottle of Irish Cream. So between that and my stock of coffee, hot chocolate, Kahlua, amaretto, creme de cacao, peppermint schnapps, and Frangelico, I'm looking forward to an autumn and winter of sweet, hot, relaxing drinks.

38. Well...

I started late afternoon with a couple Sky Krakens from Fremont brewery - at home. My fave pale ale-hazy as hell!

Then we went out to Mexican and I had a great jalapeño margarita with my tortilla sopa.

Then we went to a local joint and did karaoke with a “few” Bud Lights and two Tito’s with pickle back.

And that is why I still had a buzz when I got outta bed.

Made brunch tho and only missed the bloody Marys for hair of the dog.

Just saw some hot buttered rum mix so ready for some cooler evening temps around the fire pit with that and some Captain!
Arrrrgh!

So I'm postponing a sweet warm drink in favor of a Margarita. I'm on vacation this week, though; so there will be plenty more opportunities to drink.
