In reality, that looks like a truck that got run under a low bridge- at a pretty good rate of speed, too.

You sure can get some indigestion out there on the road, though. I once ate a turkey sandwich that had me laid up for two days. I slept most of that time and had horrible gas but could not use the bathroom. After sleeping for almost two days straight I started to feel better and I finally got a BM. That was the most productive and foulest BM I've ever had. Whoever walked into that bathroom afterward probably thought someone had died in there. They may have even had to evacuate the building. I didn't stick around to find out.
