what to do. At the end, when the mom walks away, it looks like the cat is puzzled by the mom's behavior.

I too thought the Mom's behavior strange. Perhaps she just needed to pee and wasn't sure if she should leave her pup in the cat's care.

The cat is not only sweet in its behavior, but absolutely beautiful.
