1. I'm a night owl so my Wordle routine has been to play when it first becomes available after midnight. Recently I have been getting a message that says I am offline- which I'm not because my email, DU, etc. all remain online. I can do it in the morning but I'm curious if others have the same or similar recent experience.
2. I have started checking past used words before entering words. This eliminates a lot of guesses. Today, for example, I considered UNITE, UNITY, UNTIE, and UNCLE and was astonished to find that they all had been used. I certainly do not get to 3 if I do not look up those words. If they started re-using past words occasionally, it would eliminate the utility of this practice.
3. My zero word is BANJO.

31. I just play it...

When I get up at some point and know I won't be going back to bed for a while but it's never right around midnight. Today was the earliest I've ever played. It's the last game in a sequence of games/puzzles that I play when I first get online. There are several geographic puzzles I like and two word puzzles I like, do them every day to wake up my brain, coffee or no.

I am not sure how to even look up any info like which words have already been used and I really don't care about using any aids. I just figure I will get it or I won't, it's just a puzzle.

I like "ADIEU" as my zero word because it uses most of the vowels in one try.
