I think I was able to say P with my mouth closed.
As for breathing with your tongue out, you can do it too, just have to close your mouth around it.

If you can learn how to do it, it sounds something like a smoke detector warning you that the battery is low.

You also can't pick your nose, scratch your ass, and wash your willie all at the same time, especially if you're a female.
