Thanks so much for the support and well wishes that you posted in my post about being in the hospital. I'm still in but feeling better now that I've slept and been eating. The cause of my problem is still a mystery but they're very confident they'll get me fixed up. They're basically throwing the kitchen sink at me.
I didn't watch any football, but I did watch the parades, a nice nurse reminded me they were on. They made us a nice thanksgiving lunch, turkey, potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and pumpkin pie. Hospital food gets a bad rap but everything I've had so far has been good. Even the coffee is decent and I can be picky when it comes to coffee.
Oh, I found the PBS station and MSNBC, so now I have that to watch too along with C SPAN.
Again, thank you all.

(11,074 posts)It's just too bitter for me, there's not enough sugar and cream on the planet to make it palatable for me. But the food at hospitals I've been to and in has usually been really good. I was at Duke Regional a few weeks ago and got a Chicken Caesar Wrap that I've been thinking about ever since! It was so delish. My local hospital does a pot roast that is out of this world.
Feel better soon!
