Thanksgiving parades are Christmas-themed, so this counts.

The parade was sponsored by John Wanamaker's department store, which is now a Macy's but we won't hold that against them. At the end of the parade Santa Claus entered the department store to take up his throne. How did he get into the building? (And no, it wasn't through a door.)
