Light weight works well on live trees.

(1,956 posts)7. I was caretaker for my grandma in 1976.
We did not have her Christmas decorations for some reason, she had moved to an apartment near my folks home. My little sister and young cousin came over to string popcorn and cranberries for the tree. We also made gingerbread men and frosted them for the tree. It was such a lovely simple way to celebrate the season. Wonderful memory. My sister passed away this year, thank you for the smiles, and a few tears.
