Is he using LEDs in his year round lihting decorations?

Seriously, I saw more than a few homes in Maine that were in tough shape, but they proudly used their flourescent bulbs decorations along with a ton of inflatible characterss. Can't imagine their electrical bill or what their Christmas experience is really like.....

He mostly didn't turn them on outside of the winter holiday season. Just mostly though.

The feast of Christmas is supposed to be 12 days, they period before Christmas is actually Advent.
