Friday Night No-Buzz Thread. Starting my weight loss program tomorrow.

No alcohol for the next three months, starting tonight.

I can’t believe how much I miss my Friday night drink. I look forward to it all week. I guess I was more dependent on it than I thought.

It’s lovely here in the Evergreen State. Mount Rainier is almost pure white. The Puyallup River is at a low ebb. All the water is locked up in the glaciers on the mountain.

Looking forward to a great weekend.

I love you all…

Any time we stop a familiar habit, it is hard to change to a different behavior that is as satisfying.

We got 3-4" of new snow last night and had snow showers this afternoon. I wish it were a pretty snow, but it is the fine grained stuff that falls relentlessly until the storm passes over. And this one is taking its sweet time :/

Enjoy your beautiful view and a leisurely weekend

I’ve decided to do the same, but have done nothing about it. Def in your corner.

three months.

Your description sounds lovely. Couldn't really see our snow-capped Peak today, much too cloudy. 50 degrees early yesterday afternoon, then a front moved in, snowed ladt night, high of 20 today.

Have a wonderful weekend.

If it's the ritual and unwinding that appealed the most in your weekly buzz, that could be attained without alcohol. Or you could try subs like sparkling cider.
