I will sometimes intensely crave a spoonful of peanut butter.

Can't decide which would be more devastating: late onset of a peanut allergy or a shellfish allergy. Either would take away a percentage of my will to live.

50. I don't have an exact recipe for my peanut butter treat.

I use a small sliver of cream cheese, a tablespoon of Swerve confectioners sweetener, a teaspoon of creamy peanut butter and a small amount of heavy whipping cream.

Sometimes I might add some chopped walnuts or sugar free chocolate chips to my strange but satisfying treat.


I mix all up in a cereal bowl and that's how I mainly eat peanut butter. I eyeball it all so there's not an exact amount of measurements.
