My doctor advised this (seems too simple) practice: get real Tylenol, not the generic store brand. Take 3 (500mg) a day, spaced out. Tylenol is safe for your stomach so let this get in your system. I was skeptical, but after only a week of this, my nearly crippling arthritis pain in my foot is down a solid 80%, maybe more. Try it.
