Lady Gaga refused to feel bad about weight gain. Dresses to emphasize it

Lady Gaga embraces fuller figure after 25-pound weight gain: 'I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second'
The usually svelte singer showed off a much-fuller figure last week during a concert in Amsterdam
Like it or not, Lady Gaga was born this way.

The pop singer, who is no stranger to controversy, turned quite a few heads this week after stepping out at her concert in Amsterdam Monday with a little more meat on her bones.

"I'm dieting right now, because I gained, like, 25 pounds," Gaga admitted to radio host Elvis Duran. "I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second.

I have to be on such a strict diet constantly. It's hard because it's a quite vigorous show, so I tend to bulk up, get muscular, and I really don't like that. So I'm trying to find a new balance."

The 26-year-old singer emphasized her much-larger frame in a selection of figure-hugging outfits in Paris this past weekend as she strutted through the city promoting her new fragrance, "Fame."

My guess is that her weight is healthier for her size and just "normal".

She always struck me as very thin (as do most celeb women). It would be interesting to know if she was merely normal size now and whether that's being touted as a "full figure".

What the real world calls normal, the fashion world calls fat.

She has far more talent and is a much better singer than Madonna ever thought about being. I'll put my musical credentials up against anyone's, thank you.

See thread I just posted about Shostakovich's Fifth Symphony.

George Clinton
Madonna
Marilyn Manson ...

Expertise at being 'wierd' ... talent level debatable.

I hope she at least pays them royalties after ripping of their idea for 'fame via shock value'. Yawn.

Nancy on the other hand has kept a rather slender figure and face (neither ever had the anorexic look). They've also stayed relevant. "Red Velvet Car" is a new and excellent album.

But good for her to not get all pissy about her weight gain.
