re, water leak under bathroom sink, update

i checked the connections and pipes along with the bowl seals . no leaks . havent used the sink overnite.
so i am assuming it is a broken pipe in the wall that has decided to choose my unit. we now have a new manager and will see how she responds to tennants complaints .

Does your bathroom back up to another unit? Could be a leak there flooding into your unit. Fla Dem Apr 4 #1

I read an article about an apartment/condo flooding, and it was because of an adjacent unit. Evidently there was a leak in the unit and the owners/renters were not home and it flooded into the neighboring unit. Just a thought. But definitely get in touch with your landlord.
