I guess we had a bit of an earthquake here in New Haven this morning...

It felt like something picked up our house and dropped it suddenly. Then....nothing. It was too fleeting for me to get thoroughly scared. I asked hubby "what was THAT?" and he shrugged and said "We'll hear about it..."

Later I got my morning coffee and settled down to read the NYT and saw our male cardinal out the window. I figured everything was going to be OK if our Mr. Cardinal was out looking for something to feed his brood...I think it was him as he was brightly colored and she is drab...
