I have yet not to find a food listed in its extensive database and it has an invaluable recipe analyzer which I've used a LOT. If you pay for it there are some additional features (like being able to track the full range of major and micronutrients each day, but the free version still gives you five that you can change at any time. So, say you have a main focus (total sugar, added sugar, overall carbs, protein, etc. but want to zero in on total, and saturated fat, or you are worried if you are getting enough iron. You can change it at any time to look at those. Or pay and see the full range every day). It lets you track water intake too, though this is so not a problem for me that I don't use it. But, it seems fully functional.

Good luck.

I have used it in conjunction with Fitbit to track other metrics since 2014 and am proud to say-- having measured my steps and miles since then-- I am at the equivalent of walking 2/3 the distance around the world (>16,000 miles) The latter is, for you trivial fans, 24,091 miles at the equator and I hope my bad ankle lets me hit that before I finally "fall apart."
