🍯 How much HONEY do you eat? 🐝

I found this local place.
Someone I know mentioned honey recently and I thought I’d get them something. They’d done me a solid recently.
I figured it’s local, so what’s $12 for 16 ounces? I got one for the house. This seems like a lifetime supply, so I was curious so I asked.

It’s honey. Just honey. 🍯 🐝

One tablespoon before bed every night. All our honey is within 40 miles.

The shelf life of honey is about 400,000 years.

allergies. It didn't so I don't anymore. Now I use honey once in a blue moon, and if I do it's Macadamia Nut Flower honey I got last time I was in Maui. It's delish but expensive so I ration it.

I use it in lieu of maple syrup because honey has heart benefits. I don't crave the sweetness. My sugar intake is down about 80% over 3 years. And it is making for easy weight loss.

Raw honey can crystalize pretty quickly, so I usually stock regular honey. Crystalized honey can be consumed but is really a pain to deal with. The shelf life of regular honey is indefinite.

My daughter's inlaws use it all the time. It is an important ingredient in Persian cooking. When I am visiting, if there is baklava in the house then I eat lots of honey!!!
