10. We were evacuated for a wildfire here in Northern California.

Rousted out of bed at 7:00 on a Sunday morning to a pounding on our door. We had about five minutes to grab what we could and get out of there. I got the dogs first. I grabbed dog food and left jewelry behind. That was not smart, because I can easily buy more dog food. Just shows you what my priorities were when rushed.

We were back in about two days with our home safe.
