and it was a hot job! Something I try to avoid, but I was sweating! When I got done, I stopped at the IGA. They had ribs for 1.98/lb. I got a pack from the meat case and they were partially frozen. The clerk put them in a bag and on the way out, I had the brilliant idea of stowing them in the seat behind my back as I drove home. Helped me cool off, and they are about thawed
Just a life hack for these times.

(11,550 posts)The little store beside my grandmothers house was an IGA. They always had those syrup things in little wax bottles and I LOVED them.
