Many of you have been supporting my health

Mystery the last few months. I had to send a screenshot of my results to my GI provider bc the hospital never did.

Injection fraction of gallbladder remarkedly abnormal. Referring me to surgeon for potential removal. I pray this is it. Months of pain making me very depressed. Thank you all sweet DUers for listening and support.

1. When they removed mine, that pain was instantly gone. You will be in pain after, but not that gallbladder pain.

The surgeon will not give you pain meds so make sure that is lined up with your primary doctor in advance. I hope it all happens quickly for you.

Bizarre, my pain is left upper-and-lower abdomen, jumps to the right. Every now and then gallbladder ache. Gas constantly. Glad you're better

7. I had really bad gas when I had my gall bladder. Once it was removed, my gas went away.

In fact, just knowing the likely cause and that there's a solution is probably helping already!

Hang in there!

5. You'll be much better off without it and the pain any stones might be causing you.

I had a bout with diarrhea for awhile after I had mine removed. My GI said that's common, so you might want to be prepared for that.

… and that they fix it soon! It must be frustrating that you had to follow up yourself, though.

14. I am not one bit surprised that it's your gallbladder!

I've suspected that all along. As others have said, gall bladder removal is not a difficult surgery, and your gall bladder pain and gas will disappear!

🤞 fingers crossed 🤞that this is it and that you get in to see the surgeon asap!
