I've been following this website for awhile and decided to join. My husband passed away 3 years ago. I miss him we did everything together. I have a 3 year old cat who is spoiled and I'm feeding 2 strays outside. I feel very welcome here 😁 thank you.

3. Welcome welcome! I have an indoor cat and feed an outdoor cat as well, my boyfriend passed away 19 years ago

I joined DU as a member when Joe Biden announced for president. Because I know him, being a Delawarean, to be a good man. Still can’t stand all the slander about him. I’m really glad you decided to join us. Looking forward to hearing more.

I have 1 indoor cat and 3 outdoor,

1 outdoor cat is 12 years old, another one is 9 years old, when he first showed up we took him to the vet and found out he had feline leukemia, I think that's what it was. Vet suggested we put him down because he could transfer it to the other cat if they fight. I said no, they don't fight, and he is still doing fine. 3rd outdoor is 2 years old.

The outdoor cats have heated cat houses in the winter in the garage.

12. Glad you saved your little one

I'm going to get them a safe place to sleep for the winter even though I'm in Florida we do get chilly nights. The 2 outside cats used to stay across the street from me but changed to my place. Maybe they like the food here better at Carole's back porch cat cafe. They are so precious. 😁
