(12,126 posts)I just looked it up and an average adult house cricket contains about 20 grams of protein.
I'm so (I'm not hungry more like bored?) I could probably try a cricket for the hell of it.

(114,683 posts)an Atkins mocha protein shake. It actually made it good. Whew, though, that commercial Starbucks product is soooo bad. I'd suggest most avoid it unless you intend to add a lot to it.

I cannot eat a big breakfast. Once in a great while maybe a bit of yogurt.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
