My children are all great adults but none have chosen to have children.

(38,034 posts)I always say Im not blessed with children. When I was 11 years old I decided to never have kids. Even got a vasectomy, thanks to PP. no one else would do the surgery.

(10,225 posts)When my husband and I were dating, we had a conversation about kids. I sort of hesitantly told him I didn't want any, and when he said he felt the same, I felt such relief! I had just assumed that all men wanted children.

(16,990 posts)Have no regrets and live enriched lives. They tend to travel more and have adventures. Not having to save for colleges, etc. provides a lot of freedom. They are also more interesting to talk to at parties.
There is no right or wrong here, only choices.
