I'm re-watching the tv series, Twin Peaks. Are there any fans here?

I remember watching the original series in 1990. I'm just getting around to re-watching the whole thing again including the new show on Showtime.

I just finished the first episode, and it's crazy how different the show was from regular network TV at the time. Also, the German TV show Dark on Netflix which was a huge hit here in the US steals a ton from Twin Peaks. I mean it's almost beat for beat in the first season.

I just read that Agents Cooper, Mulder, and Scully all exist in the same universe. Would love a cross over movie.

one of the owners was a superfan too and we would talk about what happened on the show our next shift together.

I loved absolutely everything about this show.

David Lynch, Angelo Badalamenti (composer), the way it was filmed, the colors, the characters, thought Dana Ashbrook was a hottie!

Innovative TV at it's best.

Original series on ABC through the Showtime finale. My favorite segment of the series was Twin Peaks: Come Fire Walk With Me. Sure, it had its flaws, but I have a thing for backstories.

Either my parents watched something else during that time slot, or I had an extra curricular activity those nights…. can’t remember which, but do remember being bummed I couldn’t watch it because everyone was talking about it the next day at school.

Which service is it on?

Sometimes, it seemed like the writers didn't know what they wanted to do, so it kept us wondering what was going to happen next.
