What are stickies? I earned some when I re-upped my membership, and I see directions on how to create them, but what are they?

1. They are messages that are appearing on the main page of DU

towards the top in multiple colors. I believe they're temporary for this membership drive week.

2. They're just a fun thing we do during the Summer Fund Drive

They don't show up on phones (there's not really enough room, unfortunately) but if you're on anything other than a phone you should be able to see them at the top of the Latest and Greatest pages, and at the top of forums.

There's also a page where we collect all of them, which you should be able to see on a phone. We keep all the current stickies here, as well as stickies from previous years:
