OMG! I'm having to tussle between the warranty company and Hyundai about who is responsible for fixing my car!!

Neither is admitting their responsibility about my engine. This is getting ridiculous! In the mean time, I am renting a car that I can't afford. Finally, I am able to return to work, but we are in the negative for everything. Thanks if you can help.

A Massachusetts Hyundai dealer is trying to fix it and said they spent 28K on an electric car battery under warranty. They might eventually fix it but it’s been two months since they’ve had it and they insist it needs another battery after the one they bought is supposedly defective. They refuse to give me a refund under the warranty but are seemingly unable to fix the car. I too am spending money (insurance and payments) on a car that doesn’t work….

Bad news makes it around the world before good makes it across the street.
You can cost the company way more than they are trying to save. Keep hitting them on the net and LTEs.
