update on my friend karin. firsto off, thanks for your thoughts to her,
shes home . she went to the e r. here . hates the er in her county. her daughter in law works for a fire station, and dil took her there and t he ambulance took her to the e r. did a cat scan , etc and it was determinened that no bones were broken. 
her dil got her a emergency watch that if she has a issue she can push a button and it would dial her dil. very sore . on follow up , her er dr told her to walk a shor distnce evry so often. again good news. can we say whew.
