Will take weeks to see a neuro at headache

Clinic. Feel my scalp tingling, almost crawling, with pain behind my eyes and slight headache. Dr recs 1000-mg tylenol for pain.

Guys, I'm getting weird thoughts. Like having a stroke and or going blind. I'll be seeing the ENT next week. My dentist hurt me about three months ago, and I still have pain in and under my ears.

If I've been damaged, should I seek legal help if I can find it? The dentist is so "nice" . But I may be having pain and headaches the rest of my life. I'm 59. Already I'm paying out to see specialists.

Depressed since this should be wrapping up and things were going so well. I don't need this fear and stress. I'm supposed to stay calm for my health.

They gave me an IV full of medication and helped big time. Maybe between an iv and a prescription, you’ll be a bit better until you can go to the appointment.

if your visit was covered through insurance, i don't know if they could offer legal recourse? I honest;y dont know how these things go.

I would also not be afraid to go to the ER and get a brain scan or somethiing, just to have it on record and that you are having those weird feelings in your head... This is a bg deal.

You are definitely too young to have those kinds of symptoms!

I also hope you are documenting/keeping notes as to all your feelings. even the emotional ones. Because any neurological damage can also ewffect that brain and feelings.
This makes me so mad for you, I swear I wish I was a superhero and could seek justice for all of us done wrong by the medical field!!!

Weirdly, as the day progresses, my natural front teeth start feeling like braces are on them.

I went there for help. No, things were progressing great until the dentist pushed so hard my jaw back. I'm still having pain. I paid to have my jaw fixed. Its not popping ("I fixed it go see an ent for ear ringning (he caused). ...its deep denial time. Left ear hurts...i take a multi vitamin... angry as Hell he did this. Searching for lawyer wholl even listen to me. Awaiting some type of imaging. Paying the ent gives me some and it shows injury.

10. Shop for a lawyer who specializes in medical malpractice

The consultation is free, and you only pay them a percentage if and when you win/settle, zero out of pocket.

You have nothing to lose by consulting with an attorney.

One told me they only take dental cases if the dentist rapes you, kills u, or brain damages you.

Ironically, i only got my gp involved when the headaches started. I thought he just injured my jaw for forever. Now scalp is tingling and pain behind the eyes. One place said get imaging then they'll hook me up with a lawyer who can maybe help

If you are receiving ongoing care as a result of malpractice, I can't imagine a lawyer not taking your case.

One listened very sympathetically and ghosted me. I guess that was no. The only dental one I could find in the state sent me a positive email, then ghosted me. I finally talked to one who said get imaging and then contact them

15. Lawyers want to see treatments and bills

The more you can document, and the more you spend on treatment, the stronger the case is and the more motivated they are. Some attorneys work with a network of doctors and experts that can help bolster a case, so you may want to ask if they can refer you to someone. Ongoing chiropractic care is a popular favorite, if you qualify. I would keep looking for the right attorney, I'm sure they're out there if you have a case.

I'm sorry you're suffering through all this. I hope it all works out for the best.

I talk about it a lot here. Its probably driving ppl crazy. But my partner won't let me express my fears or anger. He's more on the side of the dentist actually. He met him once declared he was great and tells me drs r human and make mistakes.

Ok fine but I'm now in pain and expenses

19. I don't know what state you're in, but I know a chiropractor in Des Moines, IA, who could give you relief.

She works on the upper area of the spine in the head region; uses non-force methods. The first visit, she takes x-rays to see what the misalignment is, and works off of that. I have had a life-time of problems corrected by her, and it holds. She is not someone who just wants to keep you coming back.

I would gladly give you her name and address if you want.
