(11,546 posts)He scared me. But, I liked that about the character. He also was very menacing to Jonny Quest and Hadji.

(5,409 posts)The Boy Adventurers group therapy episode is one of my favorites, and Dr. Z and Jonny are two of my favorite side characters in the whole show (and there are A LOT of recurring minor/ side characters lol).

We have seen most of them. We had to get those box sets because my favorite artist, Bill Sienkiewicz, did all the cover art!

Even as a kid, I thought Underdog should just kill him!

(77,272 posts)I REALLY hated him when I was a kid. I could never forget the name.
BTW: have you ever seen the live action version of Underdog?
It's funny, it's charming, & there are side jokes intended for adults that the kids would miss entirely.
I enjoyed it a lot.

(77,272 posts)Novak grew up about 3 blocks from where my dad grew up. He was just a few months older than my dad.
It always bummed me out that I loathed a guy from my own hometown as much as that guy.
Of course, your pic might not be him, but it sure reminds me of him.

(510 posts)I love all the old Looney Toons and Rocky and Bullwinkle too. I could forgive the less than stellar animation on R&B. Hanna and Barbera cartoons didn't get it for me because of the animation, but R&B rose above it with its screenwriting.
