put my dishwasher in. The woman on the phone was always very nice. But I told her I did not want either of the previous plumbers coming to my house again because of the way they did things the last time. She was OK with that. But when "The guy" finally got here it was the very same one from before . I was so mad. We had an argument and he left.

Then the owner called me and he said that what the plumber told me about if he had to go pick up the that plastic drain pipe it would have cost me $650.00!

I almost couldn't believe it. And I asked him why the second brother didn't bring the part with him since brother #1 just the day before showed me that the rats had eaten it.

And then he told me how my house was rat infested. I swear there were 3 and I immediately called the Pest Control company and those 3 are gone. I think that pissed me off too - trying to blame me by saying I am dirty and have rats all over.

1. What are you going to do about the Plumbing? Do you have another company. So sorry this is happening to you.

Are they the only ones that can put in a dishwasher in your area?

And to me honestly, what is rats being in your home having anything to do with them putting a dishwasher or repairing appliance, etc. to me there are two separate issues even if it’s the rats that caused the problem.
It shouldn’t matter if your place was infested with rats they’re putting in a dishwasher and needed a part
two separate issues in my brain.

Can you contact a couple different agencys one the Better Business Bureau
consumer complaints (I think is the agency)
Also, if you’re social media type you can get on places like yelp, etc., and make complaints/ bad reviews.

3. I could not understand why the owner didn't come down and fix it

And yea, bringing up my house being, ,"Infested with rats" hurt my feelings and made me look like I lived in a dive.

I am getting ready to start with FB to report them. I've done that before.

Also I told the woman/receptionist NOT to send either of those men over and they sent the second one. The owner finally told me they were his only employees. If they had been honest from the start I would have worked with them.
