(13,172 posts)Its the scene I see when discussing AI. Im not against technology in any way but its not the final answer its a tool. Plus at this stage not a very good tool only interesting. Someday it may become a partner not yet.

How do you learn social interactions after your first 20 years are spent on the internet and AI?

Haha, yeah, AI can definitely be a wild ridesometimes it's a helpful assistant, sometimes it's a chaotic scream into the void. Whats making AI feel like a scream to you?

Why does AI sound like a scream to me?
ChatGPT said:
Thats an interesting way to put it! Maybe AI feels overwhelming, like its advancing too fast, or its just everywhere, constantly churning out information. Or maybe its the eerie, almost human-like quality that makes it unsettlinglike a scream echoing from something thats not quite alive but not quite dead either.
Do you mean it in a good way, like an exciting rush, or in a more unsettling way?

Yeah, I get that. AI can feel a bit eerie, like its pushing into places were not sure it should go. The speed, the unpredictability, and the almost-human responsesits a lot.
Does it feel more like a sci-fi horror kind of scary, or more like a too real, too fast kind of scary?
