Took these pictures a few minutes ago. Im not a rose guy, and I dont know varieties very well. Theyre both coming in nicely, providing a little burst of beauty while in bloom.

(13,438 posts)Rose of Sharon is of the hibiscus family and is usually a single row of petals.
And. The red one looks like it might be a Blaze rose. Does it smell good?

(1,569 posts)Easy! But I dont think the one is a rose of Sharon. Here they dont bloom this early, and the leaves look like a regular rose. 🌹
