(6,635 posts)that had two eggs (for me scrambled), two pieces of bacon, two sausage links, a piece of ham, hash browns, and two pancakes. So yes, I like meat with my eggs. Ideally, the eggs should be scrambled in the skillet right after the bacon, ham or sausage is removed, in the same grease. (You can tell I'm from the south, can't you?)

(15,771 posts)It's been grossing me out to think of the factory processing and such, and I bever liked handling it. I definitely love a good sausage.
Found some good fake sausages from Morningstar Farms, and those with some potatoes and fresh tomato on the side...MMMM!

(401 posts)I am 90-95% meat-based in my diet.
Bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs. Or steak and eggs. Or ham and eggs. Man, I am getting hungry!!!!
The ultimate hack is to fry up four pieces of bacon in a cast iron, and then whisk 9-12 whole eggs and pour them directly into the grease and scramble them up. The flavor is amazing and the eggs stay super moist with all the good bacon grease. Plus then you don't have to dispose of the grease.
I've had eggs and some sort of meat for breakfast every single day for decades. Amazing nutrient-dense start for the day.
