When the cat started to nuzzle up to him--my gawd. I thought it was just senior dementia in the dog, but... Wow!

Well, if it helps with separation anxiety, but having to haul him up and down the stairs--everywhere you go? That is creepy.

Still...

I'll have to mention this to a neighbour whose dog barks incessantly when they leave.

In Japan, there are people who live with their dolls as though they are real people. One man even married his.

But if it is a solution to a real problem and hurts no one, human or animal, wat's the issue?

She dresses the mannequin in street clothes even when he isn't taken out. I wonder how big a wardrobe he has.

Not only was it funny, it's brilliant!

I pet sat for 20 years, and ran into a lot of animals with separation anxiety. If only I had known this then!

That woman has a heart of gold. Any animal who lives with her is going to be loved beyond measure.
