8. Just Watched The Video

Pretty bad. There was a huge steam release from 2 stacks (a couple sends apart), then the plume of dark gray smoke to the right of those stacks.
The smoke rose at a very high rate of speed. No shockwave visible though, so I'm going to guess a boiler issue.
But, steam explosions can do a lot of damage. Obviously.
