It's like yogurt but has more cultures and keeps in the fridge much longer than yogurt. That said, I was surprised it was on the Wordle list.

It has more probiotic cultures than yogurt which is why it keeps longer. The brand I buy is "Lifeway" and it comes in plain, blueberry, peach, banana-strawberry, and raspberry. The taste is closer to skyr than yogurt.
