You never know what cats get in to -- safest bet is to get her in to see someone soon.

Any other symptoms? Runny eyes or nose? Does it look like she's clawing at her nose any (which might indicate something up there that shouldn't be)?

no runny eyes either. Sleeping slightly more than usual (her usual 14 hours a day seem to be at 15-16).

Put a couple of drops on his paws for him to lick off. It seemed to help a lot. It just costs a couple of bucks and lasts forever. Learned about it on a holistic pet site somewhere a few years back.

up a nose, it is very difficult to sneeze them out because the little arrow tips act like a stopper.

When I lived in California, we were always concerned about these buggers and our dogs -- not sure how easily they'd go up a cat's nostrils, but still -- it does sound as if there is an irritant up your kitty's schnoz.

He sneezed and knocked himself out cold.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Good luck!

Best to see a vet to at least make up a treatment plan.
